Devon Kelly

Devon is Deputy Director at Meadowlark Strategies where she uses her experience in digital strategy to help campaigns and organizations build unique programs that connect them with supporters online and reach their goals. Devon got her start in politics in 2016, working at the Democratic National Convention when it was held in her hometown of Philadelphia. After graduating from Villanova University, she joined GPS Impact as a Digital Strategist working on clients including Theresa Greenfield’s Senate campaign in Iowa, Maya Wiley’s NYC mayoral campaign, and Governor Andy Beshear’s re-election in Kentucky. Devon currently lives in Des Moines, IA and enjoys spending her free time hanging out with her dog, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams (go birds), and talking about Taylor Swift.
